Overtime approval is broken down to overtime before the  assigned shift and after the shift. Employee Performance OmniBarPro is integrated with the process sheets created with OmniShopPro. Each process sheet consists of several  operations which identify work center, quantify product, and estimate how many minutes each part should take to produce on  that work center. Using this data an accurate performance percentage is arrived at. Not only does OmniBarPro track  employee performance, but it gives employees an opportunity to explain the reason for poor performance using predefined  reasons.
