Route Sheets can be created several ways:
-Convert completed speed quotes
-Create from recorded time entries
-Using the Route Sheet Creator and Editor
-Copy from an existing route sheet
-Enter an order for a part with an existing Route Sheet
A large notes section is provided for detailed instructions on each operation.
Bar codes are printed on the Route Sheets and other documents for use with our Barcode Time/Job Tracking Plug-in.
Jobs being run together can be combined on a single route sheet.
Inspection sheets can be printed with route sheets
A first article sign-off is available to include in the notes section.
A description library is available to quickly enter your instructions (see tutorials) Perhaps you would type ~su2 and presto! it could be replaced with 'Set up 2 vises with aluminum jaws" or ~nt for 'now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country'. Well, you get the idea.
Accurate Detailed Route Sheets (Travelers) are a key to insuring the smooth progression of a part through your shop floor. They are also a key to accurate job costing. The route sheet system is fully integrated with all the data that effects it. An example is a completed time entry: When time entries are posted, the appropriate route sheets are immediately updated with the actual times and completed and rejected part quantities.
